Resep Tahu Rambutan Takjil Simpel Ala Masakanku Tuty Abdi



Kali Ini admin akan bagi bagi resep Takjil tahu rambutan simpel murah meriah ala Masakanku Tuty Abdi.


Bahan ;

3 potong tahu
1 bh wortel(di parut)
1 butir telur(pake semua)
2 siung bawang putih(dihaluskan)
1 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 bks penyedap rasa
Daun seledri secukupnya
Telur puyuh (masak dahulu)
1 bks mie instan(di hancurkan)


Haluskan tahu(sy pake gelas) lalu masukkan telur, wortel parut, merica bubuk, bawang putih, daun seledri dan penyedap rasa....aduk2 hingga tercampur rata


Setelah adonan tahu tercampur rata....ambil sedikit lalu isi dgn telur puyuh, bentuk bulatan lalu gulingkan di mie instan yg sdh di hacurkan


Kurang lebih bentuk bulatnya seperti ini bund..


Tahu rambutan siap utk di goreng..


Panaskan minyak lalu goreng tahu rambutan...jgn terlalu di bolak balik yah bun...nnt bisa hancur jadi nya..


Tahu rambutan siap utk di santap...makan dgn sambel lbh enak....yummmiii. cocok untuk takjilatau cemilan buka puasa.
