Resep Membuat Brownies Lumer.. Praktis, Irit dan Legiiit, Hanya dengan 3 telur ! ANTI GAGAL PASTI LANGSUNG SUKSES...


Ini bukan resep original saya, hasil recook dari Ny.Liem cuma modif dikit di bahannya dan proses pematangannya. Ini bukan pure kukus karena pengen ada tekstur crunchy jadi setelah setangah mateng dikukus lanjut microwave sepuluh menit ..taraaa jadilah begini wujudnya


Bahan-bahan :

  • 3 butir telur suhu ruang
  • 5 sdm gulpas
  • 4 sdm mentega
  • 50 gr dcc
  • 1 sachet skm coklat
  • bahan kering :
  • 7 sdm terigu
  • 3 sdm coklat bubuk (me: chocolatos)
Langkah : 


  • Tim sampai cair dcc + mentega, sisihkan
     
  • Campurkan bahan kering dalam wadah terpisah
     
  • Mixer telur + gulpas sampai mengembang dan berjejak
     
  • Tuangkan tepung terigu perlahan ke adonan telur, aduk sampai merata
     
  • Lalu tuangkan coklat+mentega cair, aduk merata, tapi jgn terlalu lama mengaduknya
     
  • Dalam wadah terpisah Sisihkan sedikit dari adonan lalu tambahkan skm,aduk rata
     
  • Tuangkan sebagian adonan tanpa skm dalam loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti, kukus 10 menit
     
  • Tuangkan kembali adonan yg dicampur skm kukus kembali 5 menit
     
  • Terakhir, tutup dengan sisa adonan tanpa skm sampai loyang terisi penuh,kukus kembali dengan apis sedang kurleb 15-20 menit
