22 jan 17 cenilnya enak dan gak alot. Kalo bikin sendiri kan gak was2 dgn pewarna yg tidak higienis.

Cemilan wajib selain klepon


Hasil jadi: 6 porsi
Bahan-bahan
100 gr trigu
100 gr tepung kanji/sagu
air mendidih
garam
pewarna hijau/merah/jus pandan
Baluran:
250 gr kelapa 1/2 tua parut memanjang
daun pandan
garam
Kinca:
250 gr gula merah
1 sdm gula pasir
1 lbr daun pandan,ikat
150 ml air


Langkah

Jus pandan:lebi bagus kalo jus pandannya diinapkan dulu semalam-daun pandan potong2,tambah air,blender dan saring
Kinca: campur rata bahan saus,masak dg api sedang sd mendidih,kecilkan biarkan kental.dinginkan
Kelapa :kukus dg daun pandan 15 menitan
Cenil: masukkan ke wadah :trigu & garam lalu tambah air panas dikit2 aduk pake sendok kayu sd rata.
Masukkan jus pandan/pewarna.
Adonan basah tp tdk encer.Lalu masukkan sagu dikit2 aduk dg tangan sampe bisa dipulung.Tidak usah menguleni kuat2 krn cenil bisa alot
Bentuk ses selera dan rebus dlm air mendidih sd mengapung tanda cenilnya matang
Balur cenil dg klapa parut kukus dan kucuri kinca
