Resep Martabak Mini Anti Gagal (Insyaallah)


bagi para bunda pecinta martabak, belum afdzol kalo belum nyoba resep martabak mini yang satu ini. 


Bahan :
250 tepung terigu
1 butir telur
2 gelas air (saya kira2 bund jangan terlalu kental adonan seperti buat pisang goreng)
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
baking soda
150 gr gula(tergantung selera manis)
1/2 sendok teh fermipan
2 sendok makan mentega cairkan

Cara membuat :
Kocok telur dan gula sampai halus
Masukkan tepung terigu, air, backing powder, fermipan dan terakhir mentega.
Diamkan 1 jam lalu masukkan baking soda
