Es Cuing (cincau) hijau segar

Bahan utama

300 gram cuing yang telah mengental dan siap pakai
Es batu, serut halus terlebihdulu

Bahan kuahnya

Santan kelapa kental 150 ml
Daun pandan 1 lembar, potong-potong
Garam ¼ sdt

Bahan Sirup Cuing

Gula aren merah 300 gram
Vanili serbuk ½ sdt
Daun pandan 2 lembar, tali simpul
Air putih 150 ml

Cara Membuat Es Cuing Hijau Segar

Siapkann api untuk merebus kuahnya, dengan memasukan santan kelapa kental, sedikit garam, dan potongan daun pandan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih dan harum, lalu tiriskan
Kemudian untuk sirup cuing, masukan gula aren merah kedalam air yang sudah mendidih, lalu vanili serbuk, daun pandan, aduk-aduk sampai gulanya larut dan harum
Bila sudah matang rebusan gula aren merah, langsung saring agar tidak keruh, kemudian simpan
Selanjutnya ambil cuing yang telah jadi, lalu simpan diwadah yang akan digunakan atau gelas saji, secukupnya
Tambahkan serutan es batu yang sudah halus kedalam wadah yang sudah berisi cuing
Kemudian tuangkan kuah santan, dan sirup gula merah diatas es yang telah diparut
Sajikanlah es ciung sebelum mencair agar lebih nikmat
