Resep Minuman – Es Oyen Spesial Khas Bandung Segar

Bahan utama:
  • 300 gram cincau hitam, potong kecil-kecil.
  • 75 gram daging alpukat.
  • 100 gram buah melon, potong bulat.
  • 100 gram kolang-kaling (warna bebas), rebus dan iris tipis-tipis.
  • 100 gram buah nangka, potong memanjang.
  • 200 gram pacar cina yang telah direbus.
  • 200 gram daging kelapa muda.
  • 100 gram tape singkong, potong dadu.
  • Susu kental manis secukupnya.
  • Sirup merah secukupnya.
  • Es batu serut secukupnya.
Bahan sirup:
  • 300 gram gula pasir.
  • 2 gelas air.
  • ½ sdt garam.

Cara membuat es oyen spesial khas bandung 

  1. Pertama-tama buat sirupnya terlebih dahulu, yaitu dengan merebus air bersama dengan garam dan gula pasir. Aduk hingga mendidih sampai gulanya larut. Angkat dan biarkan dingin.
