paling sedih 😥 kalo anak suka makan es krim tp hrus beli truz sehari bisa ampe berkali" ...kepikiran ngapain harus boros beli es krim tp g bkin kantong kering, akhirnya buat aja sendiri, resep dari mbak TaRii ShaZa dan anak" pada suka 🍦🍦yumiiiiiie,👍

Bahan-bahan :

  • 1 kaleng SKM (saya pake susu Bendera)
  • 5 kaleng air (kaleng bekas susu)
  • 5 sdm tepung maizena
  • 200 gr gula pasir
  • 2 sdm sp/tbm
  • sesuai selera buat perasa saya pakai pop ice rasa vanila blue, coklat, dan strawbery

Langkah :

  1. Sp/tbm ditim terlebih dahulu, lalu dinginkan kmbli seperti semula
  2. Campurkan SKM, air, gula aduk hingga gula larut lalu masukan tepung maizena aduk kembali, lalu masak dgn api sedang sambil diaduk trz biar bagian bawah gk gosong, hingga meletup letup angkat sisihkan
  3. Pindah ke wadah lain lalu dinginkan, setelah dingin masukkan ke freezer hingga beku (biar cepet beku saya pake plastik)
  4. Setelah beku keluarkan lalu taruh ke wadah kerok kerok hingga hancur (bisa pake sendok) lalu dimixer sebentar stlh agak lembut campur Sp/ Tbm tadi, dimixer dgn kecepatan tinggi hingga mengembang selama 15-30 menit, (kalau saya adonan saya jadikan 3 bagian agar hasilnya bisa jadi banyak banget)
  5. Setiap adonan beri perasa yg berbeda (bisa jasjus, nutrisari dsb)

  7. Masukkan ke cup kecil kecil lalu bekukan
  8. Nb: jgan pakai coklat leleh ya, krna coklat leleh sifatnya langsung beku kalau dingin, nanti hasilnya jga gk bisa bagus dan lembut,
  9. Notes : 1 kaleng bisa jadi 120-150 an atau lebih tergantung lama ngemixernya ya bunda, selamat mencoba 😊
