Resep udah nganggur lama baru inget buat posting😅

Masih punya ikan tenggiri dan pengen bikin yg cepet dan gak banyak cuciannya. Masih punya stok bumbu kacang juga jadi pilihan jatuh ke batagor. Enak kerasa banget ikannya. Aku bikin tanpa tahu karena lagi gak ada. Tapi...jadinya jadi bukan batagor dong ya? Haha 😅 Oh iya, sebagian aku bungkus kulit pangsit. Selamat mencoba! 😋


Hasil jadi: 4 porsi
Bahan-bahan
300 gr fillet ikan tenggiri
1 butir telur
4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
5 sdm tepung sagu
2 sdm tepung terigu
1 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu
1/2 sdt gula pasir
secukupnya daun bawang, iris halus
sejumput lada
optional: kulit pangsit, tahu


Langkah

Masukkan seluruh bahan ke dalam food processor/ chopper hingga lembut dan tercampur rata.
Bentuk sesuai selera. BOLEH juga diisikan pada tahu biar jadi batagor beneran. Isi juga sebagian ke dalam kulit pangsit.
Goreng hingga kecokelatan.
Sajikan dgn bumbu kacang, kecap dan saus sambal.
