Dari kecil sukaa bgt sama jajanan ini. Beberapa kali coba resep akhirnya bisa jg 😊😍
Buatnya sambil dibantuin si sulung 😍


Bahan-bahan
70 gr tepung terigu
70 gr tepung tapioka
1 sdm gula pasir (kalau bisa castor)
1 sdt vanila
Secukupnya air hangat
100 gr kepala parut (dikukus dengan sedikit garam dan gula)
sesuai selera Pewarna makanan
100 gr gula aren (masak dengan sedikit air)


Langkah

Gabung menjadi 1 tepung terigu, tapioka, vanila, gula
Tambahkan air hangat sedikit demo sedikit sambil di uleni pakai tangan. Ulenin sampai adonan kalis (tidak lengket di tangan dan tidak pecah kalau di pulin)
Bagi adonan sesuai warna di diinginkan.
Masak air dalam panci sampai mendidih. Pulin adonan dan masukkan ke dalam air panas. Masak sampai mengapung. Angkat dan tiriskan.
Penyajian. Balurkan adonan yg sudah matang ke atas kelap parut yg sudah dikukus tambahkan air gula aren.
