Baca aneka resep Cara Bikang, 99% dari resep2 itu harus pake santan kental dari kelapa utuh, 2 butir kelapa dll. Malah ada yang pake telur, harus dimixer dll. Hadehhh...saya coba bikin yg simpel aja. Siapa tau ada yang cocok dengan resep saya. Oiya, saya pakai cetakan teflon / snackmaker takoyaki. Kebetulan di rumah ada, lumayanlah bisa multifungsi.
Bahan-bahan
120 gram Tepung Beras
1/2 sdm Tepung Terigu
2 sachet Santan Instan (kemasan 65ml)
40 gram Gula Pasir (tambah bila suka manis)
1/2 sdt Garam
Sesuai Selera Pewarna Makanan
Air
Langkah
Tuangkan 2 sachet santan instan, tambahkan air hingga mencapai 300ml
Ambil 1sdm tepung beras (dari 120gram tepung beras) dan 100ml santan (dari 300ml). Didihkan dengan api kecil. Jadi semacam bubur sumsum. Matikan
Tuangkan sisa tepung beras, terigu, gula, garam, sisa santan dan adonan bubur sumsum yang baru diangkat dari kompor. Aduk rata dikeplok2 selama 20 menit. Maksudnya dikeplok2 itu seperti bunda mengaduk adonan telur dadar yang dikasih daun bawang. Agak diangkat2 gitu Bun. Tambahkan pewarna makanan. Kebetulan untuk yang hijau saya pake daun pandan asli. Adonan didiamkan 1 1/2 jam. Bisa ditinggal nyuci, mandi, jemur baju dulu Bun hehehe
Panaskan cetakan (saya cetakan takoyaki dari teflon) sampai benar2 panas. Gunakan api sedang. Tuangkan adonan sampai mulut cetakan hampir penuh.
Tunggu sampai muncul gelembung2 kecil di permukaan adonan. Kalo atasnya udah kering semua, siap diangkat. Ingat, cetakan jangan ditutup
Tempatkan cara bikang dalam piring. Saat sudah hangat2 kuku, gunakan pisau dan iris empat sisi permukaan Cara Bikang, jangan sampai ke tengah. Jangan dalam2 ya Bun
Gunakan 2 jempol untuk menekan bagian bawah Cara Bikang
Selesaiiiiii....selamat menikmati. Adempun tetep empuk menul2 Bun, walo nggak pakai telur. Seratnya juga banyak walo nggak ditambah baking powder dan soda kue
