Hasil jadi: 4 porsi
Bahan-bahan
100 gr tepung terigu
100 gr tepung kanji/tapioka
100 gr daging ayam rebus yang dicincang
1/2 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt garam
2 batang daun bawang, diiris halus
180 ml air kaldu dari rebusan daging ayam
2 siung bawang putih halus
secukupnya air untuk merebus
1 sdm minyak goreng
Bumbu Kacang:
100 gr bumbu gado-gado instan
1 siung bawang putih halus
2 sdm gula merah
3 sdm saos sambal
1 sdm minyak goreng
250 ml air
Pelengkap:
kecap manis
jeruk limo


Langkah

Campur tepung terigu dan daging ayam. Sisihkan.
Rebus air kaldu beserta bawang putih, daun bawang, garam dan merica hingga mendidih.
Tuang air kaldu ke dalam campuran tepung terigu. Aduk rata. Masukkan tepung tapioka. Uleni hingga rata.
Masak air bersama minyak goreng. Ambil sedikit adonan tepung sesuai selera. Bulatkan dan masukkan ke dalam air mendidih. Masak hingga terapung. Angkat.
Bumbu Kacang: Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan bumbu gado-gado instan. Aduk rata. Tambahkan gula merah, saos sambal dan air. Masak hingga mengental.
Sajikan cilok beserta bumbu kacang dan pelengkap.
