Karena pisang di rumah hampir busuk dan gaada yang mau makan jadi mending diolah lagi jadi jajanan pasar tapi bikinan rumah yang enak dan terjamin bahannya. Sedikit modifikasi resep dari sis xanderkitchen 😊 Enjoy!


Hasil jadi: 13 porsi
Bahan-bahan
200 gr tepung beras
100 gr tepung sagu
130 gr gula pasir
700 ml santan atau 700ml air +
3 bungkus santan kara kemasan segitiga
1 sdt vanili bubuk
1 sdt garam
8 lembar daun pandan (optional)
2-5 pisang matang (ambon, raja, cavendish, kepok, sesuai selera)
secukupnya daun pisang
secukupnya nangka (optional)


Langkah

(Kalau pakai santan instan) campur air dengan santan kara. Aduk rata.
Masak santan, gula, garam, vanili, dan daun pandan dengan api kecil hingga mendidih. Matikan api, diamkan hingga dingin suhu ruangan.
Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung sagu ke dalam larutan santan yang telah dingin. Aduk dengan pengocok / whisk.
Masak larutan santan dan tepung dengan api kecil hingga mengental. Aduk kuat dengan pengocok/ whisk hingga tidak ada ‎yang menggumpal/bergerindil. Matikan api. (Kalau bergerindil sedikit gpp biarkan saja)
Ambil daun pisang potongan, masukkan sedikit adonan, tumpuk dengan pisang, tambah adonan lagi hingga pisang tertutup. Tambahkan nangka diatasnya. Lipat hingga menjadi kotak
Panaskan kukusan. Masukkan nagasari dan masak 15menit. Dinginkan dan sajikan.
