Punya sisa kentang, pengen buat kroket, tp isi


Bahan-bahan
Bahan kulit:
4 buah kentang, kupas,potong kotak besar
1 buah kuning telur
2 sdm Susu bubuk
secukupnya garam merica Pala halus
Bahan Isi:
4 pasang atampela
2 lbr daun jeruk
2 lbr daun salam
1 btg sereh, memarkan
secukupnya garam,gula
Bumbu halus:
6 buah cabe merah keriting /sesuai selera
3 buah cabe rawit
5 siung bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
Bahan pelapis:
Putih telur, kocok lepas
tepung panir


Langkah

Membuat kulit kroket: Goreng kentang hingga empuk dan matang tapi kulitnya jgn terlalu kering (dikukus jg BOLEH, sesuai selera), angkat dan tiriskan. Haluskan kentang, masukkan semua bahan kulit lainnya, aduk hingga rata. Isi: Rebus hati ampela hingga matang, Goreng sampai kecokelatan. Potong kotak kecil, Sisihkan. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, daun jeruk dan serai sampai harum Dan matang. Tambahkan hati ampela, garam dan gula pasir. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa. Masak sampai matang meresap.


Ambil sesendok adonan kulit,p pipihkan, beri isian, buat bentuk lonjong/ bulat, lakukan sampai habis. Gulingkan di telur kemudian balut tepung panir. Simpan dikulkas 30mnt biar panir lebih menempel, goreng hingga kecokelatan.
