Bahan-bahan
Bahan kulit :
250 gram tepung terigu
100 gram tapioka
2 butir telor
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdm gula putih halus
1 sachet susu dancow
1/2 sdt vanili
500 ml air putih hangat
sedikit Pewarna makanan hijau
1 butir unti kelapa
Bahan :
1 butir kelapa parut
250 gram gula jawa disisir
3 sdm gula pasir
1 lembar pandan disimpul
1 sdt garam
3 gelas air


Langkah

Semua bahan dicampur, diaduk sampai tidak bergerindil. Jika kental boleh ditambah air.
Masukkan pewarna makanan lalu aduk sampai rata.
Cetak dalam teflon lakukan sampai adonan habis.
Masak air bersama gula jawa, gula pasir, garam sampai mendidih
Masukkan kelapa parut, aduk aduk sampai air habis tapi jangan sampai kering ya...
Ambil selembar kulit dadar, lalu beri isi kelapa unti, lalu lipat seperti risol.
