Suami lagi ada tamu gak ada apa2 buat suguhan, mau beli males keluar rumah. Lihat bahan kue masih ada...bikin pukis aja aah...tp kok cari2 cetakan pukis gak ketemu, ya udah pakai cetakan serbaguna aja. Kue pukis bulat siap disuguhkan..eee si tamunya suka buktinya kuenya habis!! Mari bunda dicoba resepnya..bikinnya gampang kok


Hasil jadi: 15 porsi
Bahan-bahan
1,5 gelas tepung
100 gram gula pasir
2 butir telur
1 gelas santan matang (susu cair jg BOLEH)
2 sdm mentega dilelehkan
1 sdt ragi instan
secukupnya vanili
secukupnya essen coklat
coklat batang, keju, kismis (sesuai selera)


Langkah

Kocok telur, gula & vanili hingga mengembang pucat, masukkan tepung sedikit2 diselingi santan/susu aduk pelan sampai tercampur rata. Lalu masukkan mentega cair aduk pelan2 sampai rata. Terakhir masukkan ragi instan aduk lagi, diamkan selama 30menit sampai mengembang.
Siapkan cetakan kue anti lengket, panaskan terlebih dahulu. Ambil beberapa sendok adonan beri essen coklat, sisihkan. Tuang adonan 1 sendok sayur lalu tuang sedikit adonan coklat buat motif tengahnya beri potongan coklat biarkan sampai matang. Kue pukis siap dihidangkan.
