Recook resepnya mbk AVIAN.dah lama cookmark krn rasa penasaran dng bahan yg hanya pake santan kara dan air biasa.krn ditempatku selau pake santan mendidih.ternyata hasilnya sangat bagus nyerat cantik🎉🎉makasih ya mbk resepnya.(pake santan kelapa parut biasa jg bisa leeebih gurih,tp kl pingin yg singkat cepat ya pake kara)☺


Bahan-bahan
300 gram tepung terigu
200 gram tepung beras rosebrand
250 gram gula pasir
1 sachet santan kara
600 ml air matang(tdk panas)
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt vanili
prwarna makanan,merah dan hijau


Langkah

Campur terigu,tepung beras,vanili,gula garam,campur rata.masukkan santan kara.aduk rata.lalu masukkan air aduk rata sampai tdk bergerindil.
Bagi menjadi tiga,beri warna merah,hijau dan yg satu biarkan putih


Panaskan cetakan,masukan warna hijau satu sendok sayur sampai setengah matang kemudian lanjutkan,masukkan warna putih smp setengah matang terakhir masukkan warna merah smp benar2 matang(tdk perlu ditutup)


Setelah matang angkat,taruh diatas gelas,bagian tengah taruh tutup botol,bagian samping potong jadi 6 bagian.


Buka potongan kesamping bawah.jadi dech bikang mawar cantiknya


Kebetulan aq pake cetakan bikang teflon jd lbh cepat,masaknya pake api kecil aja biar bagian bawahnya jg cantik,ini aq jd 10 biji
