Hasil jadi: 10 porsi
Bahan-bahan
150 gr tepung terigu
80 gr susu kental manis
350 cc air
2 sdm cokelat bubuk
1 butir telur
2 sdm minyak goreng
cokelat meises sekucupnya
secukupnya keju parut
5 buah pisang (potong belah jadi 2)
secukupnya mentega


Langkah

Membuat kulit: Campurkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, susu kental manis dalam wadah adonan.Aduk2 kemudian tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
Kocok adonan dengan whisker sampai tidak ada yg bergerindil.
Masukkan telur dalam adonan. Kocok lagi sampai tercampur rata.
Tambahkan minyak goreng.Kocok lagi sampai tercampur rata.


Diamkan adonan 5 menit.Lalu dadar tipis2 pakai teflon tanpa minyak. Sisihkan.


Isi : Goreng pisang dengan mentega sampai lemas. Dan ada gosong sedikit.


Penyelesaian: Letakkan pisang dan coklat meisis pada 1 lembar kulit. Gulung dengan rapi (seperti menggulung risoles)
Tambahkan keju pada gulungan cokelat pisang.Bungkus dengan plastik.
