Kreasi memarin sore baru sempet post disini.Resep masih sama seperti yg sering aq share ya...


Bahan-bahan
500 gr tepung beras rosebrand
125 gr terigu
500 gr gula pasir (bisa dikurangi kalau ngga suka manis)
50 gr tepung kanji/tapioka
2 butir telur
2 buah kelapa ambil santannta kira" 1500 ml santan
1/2 sdt garam
secukupnya pewarna makanan merah muda


Langkah

Ambil wadah dan campur tepung beras,tepung terigu,tapioka,gula,aduk rata dan sisihkan
Rebus santan bersama daun pandan dan sedikit garam aduk" terus hingga mendidih biar santan tidak pecah.Angkat
Ambil santan secukupnya dan campur dengan campuran tepung tadi,uleni dengan sendok kayu sampai tercampur rata dan tidak bergerindil.Lalu masukkan telur yang sudah dikocok lepas,aduk rata.Setelah itu masukkan sisa santan sampai adonan encer (jangan langsung tuang semua santan,jika sudah pas tingkat kekentalannya). Masukkan beberapa tetes pewarna makanan merah muda dan aduk" sampai rata. Adonan diamkan sebentar sampai agak dingin.
Panaskan cetakan kue bikang,setelah cetakan panas lalu tuang adonan hingga 3/4 tinggi cetakan.Biarkan kue sampai matang.Ga usah ditutup.Lalu angkat/cukil
Setelah agak dingin taruh kue bikang diatas sudi (cup penopang kue),lalu atasnya yang bagian tengah diberi tutup botol minuman...tekan tutupnya biar membentuk sebuah lingkaran...lalu gunting bagian pinggir kue sebanyak 6 / 7 guntingan untuk kelopaknya...buka tiap kelopaknya biar membentuk bunga.Kue siap dihidangkan
