INILAH Resep Membuat Mie Telor Homemade, Tanpa Pengawet Tanpa Air Gak Lengket Tinggal Rebus Aja Bun !!

Sudah lama ngga bikin mie sendiri..dulu sangat sering banget waktu baru beli mesinnya...he he Mie favorit keluarga, bebas pengawet dan msg.. Rasa dan teksturnya bikin nagih, cocok utk mie ayam dan mie bakso.

Dulu pas pertama bikin sempat gagal, mie nya ga sesuai harapan texturnya ga kenyal ga kaya mie2 yg lain. Terus aku cari2 resep yg cocok dan pas buat aku, dan ketemulah resep dari mbak diah didi kitchen yg saya cari2, dan langsung aja aku eksekusi.. Dan ternyata benerr rasanya enak, texturnya mie nya jg enak kenyaal, pulen.. pas lidah pokoknya like deh 😁 dan cara membuatnya jg mudah loh.. Ikuti aja step by step nya pasti sesuai harapan, yuk let's get cooking!

Bahan-bahan:

250 grm tepung terigu
1 sndok mkn tepung tapioka
2 butir telur ayam kmpung ukuran kecil
50 ml dingin atau secukupnya
1 sdk mkn minyak
secukupnya Garam
secukupnya Terigu untuk taburan

Cara membuat :

Aduk rata semua bahan hingga bergumpal. Diamkan 15menit
Uleni adonan hingga rata dan kalis.
Giling di gilingan mie berulang2 hingga adonan halus. Tipiskan sesuai selera ketebalan mienya.
Potong2 di pemotong mie yang kecil. taburi bahan lapisan agar tidak saling lengket mienya.
Mie telur homemade yang pulen dan enak, siap di olah jadi aneka olahan mie😍
