Pisang Nugget by funqfani



Bahan : 


8-9 pisang kepok, hancurkan
5 sdm terigu
3 sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera dan tergantung kematangan pisang)
1 butir telur
100 gram keju parut
3 sdm coklat meses
40 gr susu kental manis (1 scht)
1 sdt garam


Bahan Pelapis :


5 sdm tepung terigu
8 sdm air
Tepung panir secukupnya
Bahan topping :
Dark chocolate
Coklat meses
Keju parut


Cara membuat :


1. Campur pisang yg telah dihancurkan, terigu, gula, garam, skm, coklat, keju, telur. Aduk hingga rata

2. Setelah rata, masukkan ke dalam loyang yang telah dialasi plastik (supaya tdk lengket)
3. Kukus selama 20 - 30 menit hingga agak padat
4. Setelah matang, dinginkan suhu ruang
5. Potong2 kotak atau sesuai selera
6. Buat bahan pelapisnya. Campur terigu dan air hingga kental. Masukkan potongan pisang kedalam adonan terigu

7. Kemudian guling2kan di tepung panir. Lakukan hingga potongan pisang habis
8. Goreng pisang yg telah dilapisi hingga matang
9. Dinginkan sejenak lalu hiasi dgn toping sesuai selera
10. Sajikan

Potongan nugget pisang setelah digulingkan ke tepung panir bisa disimpan di freezer. Utk stok digoreng nanti
