Bahan :

Kentang, kupas, potong memanjang dan bersihkan
Garam
Air dingin
Minyak goreng

Cara Membuat :


LANGKAH 1 : Rendam Potongan Kentang




Rendam potongan kentang ke dalam air dingin yang sudah di siapkan, kurang lebih 30 menit sambil sesekali di aduk menggunakan tangan (jangan lupa cuci tangan terlebih dahulu)

LANGKAH 2: Keringkan Potongan Kentang



Setelah di rendam angkat potongan kentang dan letakkan di atas lap bersih sambil sesekali potongan kentang di lap dan lap sampai air tidak menetes.


LANGKAH 3: Panaskan Minyak




Panaskan minyak cukup banyak untuk menggoreng kentang


LANGKAH 4: Goreng Potongan Kentang




Setelah minyak panas goreng potongan kentang sebentar. Lalu tiriskan

LANGKAH 5: Goreng Potongan Kentang Sekali Lagi





Langkah kelima adalah menggoreng potongan kentang sekali lagi menggunakan api besar. Lalu Goreng sampai potongan kentang berwarna kecokelatan.

LANGKAH 6: Taburkan Garam





Terakhir adalah taburkan garam sesuai selera diatas potongan kentang yang sudah di goreng. Kentang Goreng rumahan siap untuk di nikmati.
