Buttercream pake 'Gula Cair' ternyata lebih lembut,lebih enak dari pada pake gula halus.....cobain deh....Selama ini selalu bingung kenapa klo bikin butter cream msh ngendal d lidah, rasa ga karuan. Tp wkt nemu resep ini lumayan rasanya. Manisnya pas. Lembut dan ga ngendal d lidah.

Membuat Gula Cair Dulu

350 gram gula pasir
1/2 gelas air
1 sendok makan air jeruk ( lemon atau jeruk nipis ) didihkan hingga kental lalu dinginkan
Penggunaan air jeruk supaya gula tidak mengkristal kembali ketika dingin

Cara Membuat Butter Cream

Bahan Bahan:

Gula cair
500 gram mentega putih
50 sampai 100 gram mentega biasa ( mis : blue band )
2 sachet susu kental manis ( boleh lebih, makin banyak makin gurih )
Vanili ( bila suka )

Semua bahan di atas dimikser dengan speed tinggi selama 15 - 20 menit, lalu diankan dulu selama 15 menit sebelum digunakan untuk menghias kue tart, ini lebih lembut, lebih enak dari pada pake gula halus cobain deh
