Es cream dungdung by rhaya angela 1 shacet susu jadi begini banyak hasilnya memuaskan. Pakai gula 1/4 saja sudah manis tapi kalau suka manis boleh dilebihin saya soalnya pakai gula pasir yang kuning itu jadinya manis banget. Seumpama tidak ada santan bisa pakai kara 2 sachet cukup bun tinggal tambah air putihnya 4 gelas saja. Tapi buntik jika ingin hasilnya sempurna enak memuaskan ikuti takaranya ya juga santannya pakai santan asli jangan yang siap pakai seperti kara karena mengurangi rasa juga hasil kurang oke terimakasih buntik untuk tanggapannya.

Bahan:

1 shacet susu kental manis
  • 3 sdm tapioka atau sagu
  • 3 sdm maizena
  • 1/4 gula pasir
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 6 gelas santan
  • 1 sdt sp


    • Cara Membuat Ice Cream Dungdung


    1. Campur semua bahan kecuali SP.
    2. Masak hingga meletup angkat dinginkan lalu masukan kedalam freezer.
    3. Setelah beku kerok dengan garpu atau sendok.
    4. Setelah itu campurkan SP yang sudah ditim.
    5. Air es 1 gelas mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi.
    6. Beri rasa lalu masukan kembali ke freezer tunggu beku siap disantap.


    Lembut banget namanya es dungdung ya kayak es nongnong.
