Resep Risol Paling Super Hemat. Biasanya Terigu 1/4 jadinya 15-20 Lembar, Tapi Resep ini 1/4 jadinya 30-33 Lembar! Buruan Coba Bund !!
Dari kemaren banyak lihat postingan tentang risol. tapi semua hasilnya beda,rata2 terigu 1/4 jadinya 15-20 lembar saja. kalo saya bikin,patokan terigu 1/4 jadinya 30-33 lembar kulit. jadi wajar saja kalo 1 kg terigu saya bisa dapat 125 lembar. mungkin ada yang berkenan resep saya,monggo sekalian saya share.
Kulit Risol by Nuri's kitchen
Bahan - Bahan:
- Terigu 1 kg (saya pake cakra)
- Telor utuh 4 butir
- Royco 1 bungkus
- Garam sedikit
- Minyak sayur 5 centong nasi
- Tepung kanji/aci 4 sendok makan
- Air secukupnya
Cara Membuat Risoles
Kocok telor menggunakan mixer sampai mengembang selama 5 menit, lalu masukkan terigu, aci, royco, garam dam minyak, aduk rata kemudian tuangkan air 3 gelas dulu, aduk rata sampai tidak ada adonan yang bergerindil, dan matikan mixer.
Selanjutnya tuangkan air lagi sedikit demi sedikit pakai sendok sayur sampai pada ke enceran yang diinginkan (keencerannya hampir kayak adonan peyek tapi jangan terlalu encer).
Setelah itu adonan siap di dadar, menggunakan api kecil. dan jangan lupa sebelumnya tes dulu dadar untuk mengetahui tingat keenceran adoann, jika pas boleh di lanjutkan dan kalo kurang encer bisa bunda tambah air lagi
Selanjutnya tuangkan air lagi sedikit demi sedikit pakai sendok sayur sampai pada ke enceran yang diinginkan (keencerannya hampir kayak adonan peyek tapi jangan terlalu encer).
Setelah itu adonan siap di dadar, menggunakan api kecil. dan jangan lupa sebelumnya tes dulu dadar untuk mengetahui tingat keenceran adoann, jika pas boleh di lanjutkan dan kalo kurang encer bisa bunda tambah air lagi
Catatan
1. Saya pakai teflon ukuran 20 cm
2. Proses pembuatan adonan yg di mix dan penggunaan terigu protein tinggi menghasilkan lebih banyak lembaran kulit risol.
Untuk patokan saya 1/4 terigu menghasilkan kulit risol kurleb 30 lembar.
Sedikit Tips:
Untuk menhemat waktu,pada saat dadar kita bisa sambil isi dan menggulung risol. jadi selesai bikin dadar selesai juga menggulung risol. jadi hemat waktu (dariupada bengong nunggu dadar matang hehehe)
Supaya lebih irit, bahan pencelup sebelum di panir pakai adonan terigu encer (kalo pake putih telor terlalu boros kalo untuk di jual)
Supaya kulit tudak pecah saat di goreng ialah:
1. Adonan jangan terlalu tipis. untuk ukuran 20 cm cukup 1 sendok sayur penuh.
2. Waktu menggoreng jangan terlalu banyak risolnya sebagai gambaran untuk 1/2 liter minyak risol max 9-10 biji.
3. Jangan di bolak-balik saat menggireng,cukup sekali balik (selain tidak pecah, minyak juga tidak boros).
