Di waktu yang senggang ini, rasanya iseng mau membuat sesuatu yang mudah dan simple tapi yang enak rasanya. Coba sekali” kita membuat resep unik yang akan dibahas kita bahas bersama, cara membuat cheese cake yang enak, mudah dan sederhana tanpa di oven.Resep merupakan persembahan dari  Ikaismori.

Bagi penyuka keju, tak asing lagi dengan kue keju atau cheese cake. Makanan ini kerap disajikan sebagai hidangan penutup. Cheese cake bisa dibuat dengan berbagai cara lho, bisa dipanggang menggunakan oven, dikukus bahkan tanpa dikukus dan dipanggang.

Waah! bagaimana bisa? Apakah caranya dikukus? Oh, tentu tidak. Penasaran kan? Makanya pantengin terus yah resep unik ini. Selain resep mudah cheese cake tanpa oven.



Untuk cara pembuatan yang tanpa dikukus atau dipanggang biasa disebut dengan “no bake cheese cake“. Cheese cake yang dibuat dengan cara tidak panggang terlebih dahulu sudah pasti lebih mudah dan simpel.

Bahan – Bahan Yang di Butuhkan :

  • 6 sdm tepung terigu
  • 1 sdt baking soda
  • 6 sdm mentega
  • 5 sdm gula pasir
  • 2 btr telur
  • 35 g keju chedar
  • 3 sdm susu kental manis
Langkah-langkah pembuatan:

  • Lelehkan mentega bersama dengan keju parut, sisihkan.
  • Kocok telur bersama gula dengan garpu hingga berbusa
  • Campur terigu dan baking powder, lalu tuang mentega dan telur ke dalam campuran terigu, aduk hingga rata
  • Masukkan susu kental manis, aduk rata.
  • Siapkan dandang/pengukus dan wadah tahan panas.

Tuang adonan ke wadah tahan panas dan kukus selama 30 menit.(bisa ditambah toping sesuai selera)

Setelah 30 menit, sudah matang dan mengembang, matikan kompor.
Angkat dan balik wadah hingga kue keluar, potong sesuai selera.
Kue keju yang lembut siap disajikan.
