Resep Es Krim Magnum KW By Maya. Cukup 7.000 Bisa Dapat 10 Buah!


Hari kamis nggak kemana-mana bun? Daripada bengong cuma nonton TV di rumah, mending kita cobain bikin es krim Magnum KW bareng anak-anak yuk! Resep dari Bunda Maya ini selain bahan-bahannya mudah didapat, cara buatnya juga cukup mudah. Anak-anak dijamin suka dan ketagihan menikmati es krim Magnum KW yang terlihat menggoda ini. Yuk cobain bun! 🙂

Bahan 1:
  • 6 sdm gula pasir
  • 4 sdm munjung maizena
  • 4 kaleng bekas skm air (kurang lebih 1500ml atau 1,5 liter)
  • 1 sdm susu bubuk d*ncow
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 butir kuning telur kocok lepas

Bahan-bahan:
  • 30 butir bakso sapi (kerat-kerat)
  • 15 siung bawang merah
  • 15 buah cabai merah keriting
  • 7 siung bawang putih
  • 1 buah jeruk limau
  • 1 saset terasi abc kemasan kecil
  • Garam, minyak, gula pasir, dan penyedap secukupnya
  • kecap manis sebagai pelengkap sesuai selera 
Cara Membuat:

  1. Rebus bakso sampai agak mekar.
  2. Goreng sebentar hingga kecoklatan. Tiriskan.
  3. Haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah keriting, dan terasi. Lalu tumis hingga tidak berbau langu. Tambahkan garam, gula, dan penyedap. Tes rasa. Matikan api. Tambahkan 1 buah perasan air jeruk limau dan aduk rata.
  4. Tempatkan sambal pada cobek, taruh baso di atasnya dan penyet-penyet, tapi jangan sampai hancur.
  5. Sajikan dengan nasi dan kecap sebagai pelengkap.
