Suka banget sama keripik tempe ... Apalagi yg coklat itu .. Tp blm bs bikinnya 😂😂😂blm nemu resepx .. Ini jg kripik tempe tp pakai kanji ... Enak jg renyah kok syaratnya harus potong tipis .. Kalau tebal" jadi aci goreng nnti alot ... Ini saya pakai kedelai lebih dr 500 gr mungkin 600 gr lbh kena pas 4 bungkus sgitu beratnya jadi tak pakai semua deh, saya fermentasikan 36-37 jam .. Tepatnya jam 7 mlm tanggal ( 9 )saya diamkan sampai jam 7 pagi tgl ( 11 ).

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr tempe yg masih kedelai
  • 500 gr kanji / sagu
  • Bumbu halus
  • 6-7 siung bawang putih
  • secukupnya air
  • secukupnya garam dan masako (masako blh skip)

Campur calon tempe dengan sagu /kanji

Hingga bergerundil seperti ini (WARNING : dalam pencampuran sampai pembungkusan jngn sampai terkena tangan harus pakai centong/sendok.. Apalagi kalo tngn kena garam. Bs merusak kinerja ragi)

Bungkus dalam plastik tekanan"hingga padaaattt... Bnr" padat.. Lakukan semua hingga habis ya.. Lalu tusuk" dg tusuk gigi ataupun lidi

Gantung.. Diamkan 24 jam / lebih (saya 37 jam)... (ini bukan tempe yg sedang gantung diri ya 😂😂😂😂😆😋😝)

Ptong".. Usahakan tipiss bgt ya kalo g tipis nanti jadix g kering mlh alot pas digoreng

Haluskan bumbu campur dg air... Panaskan minyak... Celupkan irisan ke dalam bumbu.. Bntr aja lalu goreng hingga mtng dg api kecil ya.. (jngn di rndem lama" ke bumbu kalo kelamaaann bgt bs ancur teksturx)

Kalau irisannya tipis dan minyak panas tapi api kecil, anda akan mendapat hasil gorengan yg cantik dan crispy
Renyahh bgtt gurihh😱😍😍😍😍smlm saya udh cb goreng diplastik yg kecil... Lenyap 1 toples sekejab tinggal 1 toples nyisain yayank hihihi.

NOTE : plihlah calon tempe yg kualitasnya bagus (beli tempe dilangganan saja krna qt psti tau klo tmpe itu udh jadijadi tempe, rasax enak g bau) kalo tempex kualitasnya jelek akan pengaruhi kripikx (kdang ada tempe yg agak bau, masem) jngn pakai yg gitu.
