INILAH Resep Martabak Manis Teflon Cukup 1 Butir Telur Bisa Menghasilkan Banyak Potongan Martabak 🍫 😁 😋



Ini nih snack andalan orang rumah. Paling sering banget dibikin. Soalnya martabak manis ini enak banget buat nemenin nge teh sore hari sama buat cemilan liburan yang lumayan ngganjel. Bahan bahannya juga selalu ada di rumah. Yang paling saya suka hanya dengan 1 butir telur bisa menghasilkan banyak potongan martabak. Lumayan irit daripada beli diluar sana, hihi 😁😁


Bahan-bahan

  • 250 gr tepung terigu protein sedang (misal: Segitiga Biru, Beruang Biru, dll)
  • 1/2 sdt baking powder
  • 1/4 sdt soda kue
  • 75 gr gula pasir
  • 1 butir telur, kocok lepas
  • 1/4 sdt vanili bubuk
  • 1/4 sdt garam
  • 350 susu cair/ air


Langkah

Campur semua bahan KECUALI soda kue. Aduk rata hingga tidak bergerindil. Lalu istirahatkan 30-60 menit

Panaskan teflon dengan api keciiiiil sekali. Tujuannya agar panas api merata di teflonnya. (abaikan kerak kompor dan teflon mama saya 🙈🙈🙈🙈)

Masukkan soda kue dalam adonan, kocok hingga tercampur dan adonan sedikit berbuih. Lalu tuang dalam teflon yang sudah panas (kalau dituang akan bunyi cessssss. tanda teflon sudah panas). Goyangkan teflon melingkar sehingga membentuk pingiran krispi ala martabak manis. Biarkan dulu hingga muncul gelembung banyak dan berlubang.

Setelah muncul banyak lubang dan gelembung. Tabur sejumput gula pasir.

Tutup sampai matang. Angkat.

Oles dengan margarin, tabur bahan topping. Tuang susu kental manis.

Potong menjadi 2, tumpuk. Oles sisi-sisinya dengan margarin.

Potong-potong sesuai selera.
