Resep Bolu Kukus Pandan Anti Ribet




Berhubung resepnya praktis, pingin deh nyoba-nyoba bikin bolu kukus pandan. Eh ternyata hasilnya bagus banget dan enak lagi. Akhirnya bunda Shella Rachma pun ketagihan bikin kue praktis yang satu ini.



Bunda kalau mau juga boleh nih. Praktis dan anti ribet! Resepnya simpel banget. Simak nih di sini:
Bahan-bahan:


  • 250 gram gula pasir
  • 250 gram tepung terigu
  • 2 butil telur
  • 1 bungkus Vanili
  • 1 sdt SP
  • 1 bungkus Santan Kara 65 ml dicairkan dengan air 200ml
  • Pewarna hijau/pandan


Cara Membuatnya :


  1. Kocok telur,gula,SP,Vanili sampai putih kurang lebih 15 menit.
  2. Masukkan santan Kara yang sudah di campur dengan air dan kocok sampai mengembang.
  3. Lalu masukkan tepung terigu,kocok lagi sampai merata
  4. Terakhir, masukkan pewarna hijau
  5. Masukkan ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi minyak goreng
  6. Kukus kurang lebih 30 menit.


Selesaiii! Gampang dan praktis banget kan bun? Kemungkinan gagalnya juga kecil lho, jadi nggak ada salahnya bunda juga coba bikin di rumah.  Met mencoba dan semoga berhasil yaa..!
