Musim hujan telah tiba, stok cemilan harus ready πŸ˜†.. Resep kulit pake punya ncc, isian hasil kreasi dan selera saya sendiri ☺️ untuk fillet ayam, boleh saja dicincang, tp sy lebih suka di suwir2, lebih brasa di gigitan πŸ˜„


Bahan-bahan
Bahan kulit:
250 gram terigu serbaguna
40 gram margarin
100 ml air hangat kuku
1/4 sdt garam halus
Bahan isi:
2 sdm margarin
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 buah wortel, potong dadu kecil
2 buah kentang, potong dadu kecil
250 gram fillet dada ayam, kukus, suwir2
1 batang seledri, iris
3 sdm saus cabe botolan rasa pedas manis
100 ml air
secukupnya Garam
secukupnya Gula pasir


Langkah

Buat isian: panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay n bawang putih hingga harum.. Masukkan daging ayam masak hingga berubah warna.. Masukkan wortel dan kentang aduk rata.. Tambahkan saus cabe, garam dan gula pasir, aduk rata.. Masukkan air, masak hingga air menyusut.. Tambahkan seledri, aduk rata.. Lakukan tes rasa
Buat kulit : campurkan semua bahan kulit, uleni hingga bisa dibentuk, gilas tipis kira kira 1/4 cm, cetak bentuk bulat diameter 10cm
Ambil selembar kulit, beri isian, lipat setengah lingkaran dan pilin bagian pinggirnya, lakukan hingga adonan kulit habis..
Goreng dalam minyak banyak dan api sedang hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan
Pastel ini enak di sajikan langsung tanpa cabe atau saus sambal, karena rasanya sudah pedas manis..
