Assalamu'alaikum sahabat.. pagi-pagi bikin bakpao resep dari blognya Diana Cahya.. kata beliau, tepung pao dan tepung tangmien bisa diskip dan komposisinya diganti tepung terigu protein rendah. Karena tepung pao itu untuk membuat pao putih saja.. dan tepung tangmien supaya pao lebih mengkilap saja. Nahh, resep asli berikut langkahnya bisa langsung dikepoin di blog Mbak Diana. Bahan-bahan
525 gram tepung terigu protein rendah
250 ml air matang dingin
1/2 sachet ragi instan (5-6 gram)
50 gram mentega putih
100 gram gula halus
Pewarna makanan


Langkah

Campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, dan gula halus. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan air matang dingin dan uleni hingga setengah kalis. Tambahkan mentega putih dan lanjutkan menguleni hingga kalis. Istirahatkan adonan selama kurleb 30 menit.
Kempiskan adonan dan bagi sesuai selera dengan berat yang sama. Isi dengan isian (saya coklat) dan bentuk sesuai selera. (Saya beri 1 bulatan pewarna coklat dan 1 bulatan berwarna kuning untuk rambut.)
Kukus selama 10 menit menggunakan api sedang (kondisi air kukusan sebelumnya sudah mendidih).
Charpao siap dinikmati.
