Tukang sayur langganan bawa ikan cakalang cakep bngt, sebagian dibuat pindang kesukaan suami, sebagian lg dibuat isian panada.. Tekstur panada yg empuk membal2 dan isian tongkolnya yg agak pedas, ngeblend banget di lidah..

Note: ga smpt bikin foto step by step krn keburu rempong mau nganter anak gadis berenang 😆


Bahan-bahan
Bahan Isi:
1 ekor ikan cakalang, kukus dan suwir2
1 ikat kemangi
2 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulangnya
2 batang serai, memarkan
4 siung bawang putih
6 butir bawang merah
4 buah kemiri
10 buah cabe merah kriting
100 ml santan
secukupnya Gula dan garam
Bahan roti:
250 gram terigu cakra
1 sdt ragi instan
1 butir telur
1 sdm gula pasir
150 ml santan hangat


Langkah

Buat bahan isian: haluskan cabe, bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri.. Tumis hingga harum.. Masukkan daun jeruk dan serai, aduk rata.. Masukkan ikan.. Aduk rata. Tambahkan santan, masak hingga santan meresap.. Terakhir masukkan daun kemangi, aduk rata.. Sisihkan
Buat bahan roti: campur semua bahan roti, uleni hingga kalis.. Istirahatkan selama 30 menit (sampai naik 2x lipat besarnya) sambil di tutup serbet lembab..
Bagi2 adonan dgn berat yg sama, pipihkan masing2 adonan dan isi dengan bahan isian, pilin ujungnya seperti membuat pastel..
Goreng dalam minyak panas, jangan dibolak balik supaya tidak banyak menyerap minyak
