Hari rabu kemarin kebagian jatah jd tuan rumah homevisit kelas PGnya si bungsu, pikir2 bikin suguhan snack non-gorengan tp cukup "mengganjal" perut2 kecil mreka πŸ˜„.. Akhirnya bikin bolkus aja.. Alhamdulillah laris manis πŸ˜„

Resep by tintin rayner


Bahan-bahan
125 gram tepung protein rendah
100 gram gula kastor
100 gram susu cair
1 butir telur
1 sdt pasta vanilla
1/2 sdt garam halus
1/2 sdt emulsifier
sesuai selera Pewarna


Langkah

Campur semua bahan KECUALI emulsifier, kocok dengan speed tinggi sampai tercampur rata


Tambahkan emulsifier, kocok dengan speed sedang sampai adonan kental


Panaskan kukusan hingga beruap bnyk.. Bagi adonan, beri pewarna sesuai selera
Tuang dlm cetakan bolkus yg sudah dialasi kertas cup, sampai setinggi cetakan


Kukus selama 20 menit, hingga mekar dan matang
