Jadi ingat kak ros, upin dan ipin πŸ˜†.. Snack gurih ini crispy d luar namun lembut d dalam.. Bila d perlukan dlm jumlah banyak, buatlah isiannya terlebih dulu, simpan dlm wadah kedap udara didalam kulkas ☺️

Resep asli: bu fatmah bahalwan


Bahan-bahan
Bahan A:
125 gram terigu serbaguna
75 gram margarin
Bahan B:
375 gram terigu serbaguna
40 gram minyak goreng
150 ml air dingin
25 gram gula pasir
1/2 sdm garam
Bahan Isi:
500 gram kentang, kukus, kupas, potong dadu
1 buah bawang bombay, cincang
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 sdm bumbu kari bubuk
1 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
1 sdm saus cabe botolan
2 sdm saus tomat botolan
3 sdm margarin untuk menumis


Langkah

Buat bahan isi: panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum.. Masukkan kentang, tambahkan bumbu kari, bubuk kaldu ayam, aduk rata.. Masukkan saus cabe dan saus tomat, aduk rata.. Sisihkan


Campurkan bahan A, aduk rata hingga menjadi adonan yg bisa di bentuk..


Bahan B: campurkan terigu, garam, gula pasir, minyak dalam wadah.. Tambahkan air sedikit2.. Uleni sampai kalis..


Bagi masing2 adonan menjadi 4 bulatan yg sama besar.. Ambil 1 bulatan bahan B, pipihkan.. Letakkan 1 bulatan bahan A ditengahnya, tutup dgn bahan B, hingga terlapisi sempurna.. Lakukan pada keempat bulatan adonan A dan B.. Istirahatkan 15 menit


Ambil 1 bulatan, gilas, lakukan lipatan single


Gilas memanjang, gulung sambil dirapatkan, potong2 setebal 2cm


Ambil 1 potong adonan, gilas tipis, beri bahan isian, lipat seperti membuat pastel


Panaskan minyak, goreng pastel hingga berwarna kuning keemasan
