Pie Vla Buah by Opi Bun

Resep asli by Bunda Nina, dengan sedikit modifikasi pd topping, saya pakai white cooking coklat


Bahan-bahan
250 gram terigu serbaguna
1 sdm gula kastor
150 gram butter
2 butir kuning telur
1/2 sdt vanili bubuk
bahan vla:
250 ml susu cair
1 butir kuning telur
35 gram gula pasir
20 gram maizena
1/2 sdt essens vanilla
1/2 sdm butter
bahan glaze:
1 sdt agar2 warna putih
1 sdm gula pasir
150 ml air
topping
White cooking coklat, lelehkan
Buah2an sesuai selera secukupnya


Langkah

CRUST: campurkan terigu, butter, telur dan vanili dlm wadah.. Aduk dengan pastry blender atau garpu hingga berbutir2


Padatkan menjadi 1 bulatan.. Bagi adonan menjadi bulatan2 kecil, sy timbang masing2 25 gram utk cetakan pie ukuran B


Olesi cetakan pie dgn margarin, cetak pie dgn bantuan pie pusher.. Tusuk2 bagian dasarnya dgn garpu, agar tidak melembung saat d panggang


Angkat crust yg sudah matang, biarkan dingin di cetakannya, kemudian lepaskan dr cetakan
BUAT VLA: campurkan maizena dgn sebagian susu, masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata.. Rebus susu dan gula hingga mendidih.. Masukkan campuran maizena.. Aduk hingga mengental.. Matikan api, tambahkan esens vanilla dan butter, aduk hingga licin


BUAT GLAZE: campurkan agar2, gula dan air dlm panci, aduk rata.. Masak hingga mendidih


Penyelesaian: olesi tipis2 masing2 crust dengan white cooking coklat leleh.. Biarkan coklat mengeras.. Sendokkan vla ke dlm crust, tata potongan buah d atasnya, siram dengan glaze
