Fotonya waktu masih panas jd mleber, saat sdh dingin jadi Bagus padat. Resep alm. Nenek, jualan nenekku jaman sy masih SD.


Bahan-bahan
1 kg singkong parut
1 gelas santan (-/+200ml)
secukupnya gula merah
1 sdt garam
1 lembar daun pandan
lapisan putih:
2 gelas santan kental (400ml)
1 sdt garam
5 sdm tepung beras


Langkah

Parut singkong lalu peras dan saring


Masak 1 gelas santan + gula merah + Pandan dan garam


Keluarkan Pandan, tuangkan air gula merah ke dalam parutan singkong sambil disaring. Tes rasa cicipi. Kalau kurang manis tambah gula pasir
Siapkan kukusan, bungkus penutup dandang dg kain bersih


Siapkan talam, alas dg daun pisang / plastik bening poles dg minyak. Tuangkan adonan singkong. Kukus hingga matang. Cara cek sdh matang cungkil sedikit bagian tengah kalau sudah tidak terlihat warna putih singkong mentah berarti sudah matang


Campur semua bahan untuk lapisan putih, tuangkan diatasnya gunakan sendok sayur. Lanjutkan mengukus hingga matang. Tanda sudah matang keluar gelembung2 pada permukaannya. Tiup sedikit.. Kalau sdh tidak bergerak permukaannya berarti sdh matang (ini belajar sama mamaku) πŸ˜„πŸ˜„
Biarkan dingin lalu potong2. Sy mau cepat kebetulan anak2 tidur jd bs tenang foto2 heheh
