Kemarin waktu acara tahlil mertua jalangkote habis sampe org dalam rumah sj ga kebagian, drpd penasaran akhirnya bikin lg. Resep sedikit berbeda dg yg sdh pernh sy share sebelumnya. Kali ini pake margarin dan minyak, kalau kemarin hy margarin sj. Lebih suka yg ini... Isiannya habis ada sisa adonan dibuang sayang,, sy olah lagi jd menu lain. Tunggui di cookpad.. Nti malam dipost resepnya 😁✌


Bahan-bahan
kulit:
500 gr terigu
100 gr margarin
75 ml minyak
225 gr air
isi:
3 wortel
4 kentang
15 buncis
1 bungkus bihun kaca
secukupnya irisan seledri dan daun bawang
7 bawang merah
4 bawang putih
1 sdt merica
secukupnya garam dan gula
secukupnya minyak goreng
kuah rica:
20 rawit
secukupnya saos sambal
1 sdt cuka
250 ml air
secukupnya garam dan gula


Langkah

Iris2 sayuran dan bihun. Haluskan bumbu. Tumis bumbu lalu ks sedikit air.Masukkan sayurannya. Biarkan hingga matang.Masukkan bihun dan irisan daun bawang dan seledri beri garam dan gula tes rasa cicipi
Campur terigu dan margarin tambahkan air. Uleni sampai tdk lengket ditangan. Masukkan minyak.Uleni sampai rata.
Ambil adonan sesuai kebutuhan. Gilas tipis beri isian. Lalu dicubit pinggirannya.Cubit lipat
Lakukan hingga habis. Lalu digoreng dg api kecil hampir sedang
Haluskan cabe rawit. Campurkan dg bahan lainnya.. Cek rasa cicipi.
