Rencana sih bikin dadar jagung tp berhubung stok telor habis ya sudah ganti haluan. Pertama rada bimbang juga karna jagungnya cmn sebonggol aja. Takut jenangnya kurang berasa jagung. Ternyata g juga, cmn memang porsinya sedikit. Kurang lebih total volume 500 ml


Hasil jadi: 5 porsi
Bahan-bahan
1 bonggol jagung manis
secukupnya air untuk blender jagung
300 ml santan kental. (asli atau instan dilarutkan air)
1 bungkus agar-agar Swallow plain (bungkus kecil yg volume air 700ml)
4 sdm gula (sesuai selera)
1/4 sdt garam
1 sdm maizena (sendok takar)


Langkah

Cuci, blender saring jagung yg sdh dicampur air sehingga menghasilkan 200ml sari jagung.
Masukkan ke panci, tambahkan santan, agar-agar, gula, maizena, garam dan seikat pandan.
Masak dengan diaduk terus hingga mendidih dan tekstur menjadi bubur. Koreksi rasa.
Buang pandan, tuang bubur jagung k cetakan/ wadah. Biarkan dingin dan mengeras.
Potong-potong dan sajikan.
