Menu buka puasa arafah utk pak suami.. Bikinnya ga pake ribet, pas dicobain baru suapan pertama udh komen "enak nih bun, kayak makan serabi" πŸ˜†

Note: ga pake foto step by step, td bikinnya ngebut krn udh mlipir bedug maghrib πŸ˜…


Bahan-bahan
200 gram terigu serbaguna
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
600 ml santan encer (65 ml santan instan + air)
1/2 sdt pasta pandan
1/2 sdt esens pandan suji
1/4 sdt garam halus
Kuah kinca:
50 gram gula merah, iris halus
500 ml air
2 lembar daun pandan
500 ml santan (65 ml santan instan + air)
1 sdm maizena, larutkan dgn 3 sdm air


Langkah

Campurkan terigu dan garam dlm mangkok, tuang santan sedikit2.. Aduk menggunakan whisk.. Masukkan telur.. Aduk rata
Tambahkan pasta pandan dan esens pandan suji, aduk rata.. Tuang ke dlm wajan dadar, masak hingga matang, gulung perlahan ke satu sisi.. Lakukan hingga adonan habis
Kuah kinca: masak air, daun pandan dan gula merah hingga gula larut, beri garam.. Aduk rata.. Masukkan santan, masak sambil di aduk pelan.. Campurkan maizena dgn air, tuang k dlm panci, masak hingga mengental..
NOTE: Jumlah pemakaian gula pada kuah kinca bisa disesuaikan dengan selera masing2 ☺️
