Bahan-bahan
Bahan A:
150 gr ubi ungu kukus, haluskan (saya pake 388gr)
100 gr tepung tapioka (sy pake 200gr)
secukupnya garam
secukupnya air panas
Bahan B: kukus sekitar 15 menit
1 kelapa parut (sy pake 350gr)
secukupnya garam
1 lbr daun pandan
Bahan C:
150 gr gula merah
200 ml air
1 lbr daun pandan


Langkah

Campur semua bahan C..rebus sampai gula merah larut, saring, sisihkan


Kukus Bahan B. Kurang lebih 10 menit. Sisihkan


Campurkan ubi halus dan tapioka dan garam


Tambahkan air panas sedikit2 ya, sampai bisa dipulung


Pulung sesuai selera, rebus diair panas, sampai mengapung


Angkat ubi, balurkan dengan kelapa parut


Siram dengan saus gula merah
Siap disantap
