Dapat resep tanpa takaran yg baku itu adalah sesuatu banget πŸ˜… untungnya di kirimin videonya jg sm si pemilik resep, jadi bisa dikira2 takarannya.. dulu dia dan almarhumah ibunya sering bikin ini.. semoga ini jd ilmu bermanfaat yg pahalanya mengalir terus untuk almarhumah dan keturunannya πŸ™

Ini kue yg hampir selalu terhidang d meja saat sarapan sewaktu masih tinggal di kaltim.. dan ini masih edisi kangen kuliner kaltim πŸ˜„ teksturnya empuk, isian untinya manis legit.. selamat mencoba πŸ‘


Bahan-bahan
Bahan roti
125 ml air
5 gr ragi instan
20 gr gula pasir
1 butir telur
1 sdm susu bubuk
30 gr margarin
280-300 gr terigu protein tinggi (masukkan bertahap, sampai adonan kalis)
1/4 sdt garam
Bahan Unti:
300 gr kelapa parut
100 gr gula merah, iris2 (sesuaikan manisnya dgn selera masing2)
1/2 sdt garam
2 lembar daun pandan, ikat simpul


Langkah

Buat Unti: campurkan semua bahan dlm wajan, masak sambil diaduk hingga merata, lakukan tes rasa.. sisihkan


Buat roti: Dalam wadah, campurkan air, ragi dan gula pasir.. aduk hingga gula larut.. masukkan telur dan susu bubuk, aduk rata.. tambahkan margarin, aduk hingga margarin menyebar


Masukkan terigu d bagi 3 tahap.. di tahapan yg ke 2, masukkan garam.. tambahkan sisa terigu, uleni hingga kalis.. istirahatkan adonan sambil ditutup serbet lembab selama kurleb 45-60 menit hingga mengembang 2x lipat


Kempeskan adonan, timbang masing2 40 gram, beri isian, tutup rapat dan bentuk bulat2.. istirahatkan lg selama 15 menit, adonan akan mengembang ringan


Panaskan minyak banyak dlm wajan, goreng untuk2 dgn api kecil hingga berwarna kecoklatan
