Iseng malam2 gak ada makanan akhirnya bikin dadar gulung...


Bahan-bahan
10 sendok makan tepung terigu
2 sendok makan tepung ketan
2 btr telur
secukupnya gula dan garam
5 sdm minyak goreng
secukupnya air
secukupnya pasta pandan
bahan isi
1 buah kelapa
2 helai daun pandan


Langkah

Masukan kelapa yg sudah di parut ke dlm wajan,masukkan gula dan garam sesuai selera tambahkan daun pandan
Masak sampai matang,sisihkan tunggu dingin
Masukkan terigu,tepung ketan,telur,gula dan garam kedalam wadah
Tambahkan air hingga adonan menjadi encer, tambahkan pasta pandan dan minyak goreng
Dadar di teflon satu persatu sampai habis kemudian isi dengan kelapa
Dadar gulung siap di hidangkan
